>Republican Rep. Bob Ney (OH-18) will plead guilty today. WKYC:
Congressman Bob Ney is expected to plead guilty Friday to a pair of felonies that could send him to prison for up to ten years. He is the first congressman to fall in the Jack Abramoff influence-peddling case.

Ney signed papers a month ago admitting charges of conspiracy and making false statements.

The Congressman says he took tens of thousands of dollars worth of trips, sports tickets, meals and other contributions in exchange for support of Abramoff's clients....

>While the Ney scandal continues to unfold, Republican fundraiser, Tom "Coingate" Noe's trial continues to search for jurors.

>Republican Rep. Deborah Pryce (OH-15) faced her Democratic opponent, Mary Jo Kilroy, in a televised debate last night. Pryce looked visibly angry. Since her interview in the Columbus Monthly, where she claimed that Republican Mark Foley was her best friend, Pryce's support has fallen in central Ohio.
