Eliminate Department of Veterans Affairs *** People are starting to realize that Kasich's planned roll back of Ohio's state income tax would make other taxes within the state increase dramatically. Kasich, who still has not produced a written plan (or all his income tax returns) is keeping voters in the dark about how what he plans to do with the coming budget.

that his "no new taxes" pledge will cause a tremendous burden on cities and
counties within the state. Kasich just doesn't care.
