Husted Still Refuses to Explain His Tax Returns

News from the campaign of Mary Ellen O'Shaughnessy, candidate for Ohio Secretary of State:

Today, Suffolk University released a poll showing Secretary of State Candidate Maryellen O’Shaughnessy leading incumbent state Senator Jon Husted by seven points. The poll, which surveyed 500 likely Ohio voters, showed 40 percent for O’Shaughnessy compared to Husted’s 33 percent. The seven point lead is outside the margin of error.

“Weeks after he launched a desperate smear campaign against Maryellen, voters still see Sen. Husted for who he is,” said O’Shaughnessy Communications Director Heidi Hubmann. “With his continuous ethical lapses and refusal to show voters whether he took $55,000 in tax deductions he didn’t deserve, voters are fed up with Jon Husted. Until Sen. Husted releases his taxes and is personally transparent, voters cannot and will not trust him. Someone who wants to be Secretary of State cannot have their own secrets to hide.”

Husted talks about transparency but he doesn't discuss his residency questions.  If the Republican dominated Ohio Supreme Court had not come to his rescue, Husted could have been charged with voter fraud.  Why won't Husted come clean?  Husted thinks he is entitled to everything, even the office of Secretary of State.

I'm watching the debate between Gov. Strickland and John Kasich.  Why is Kasich's neck so red?
The camera does nothing for Kasich.
