• Now we know that the Republican Party, Mitt Romney, and Paul Ryan are suited up and ready to take our country back to the lousy, trickle down economics, with tax cuts for the rich, and the poor, elderly, middle class, and college students, thrown under the bus. Romney and Ryan would give tax cuts to millionaires, big oil, and hurt women. With women living longer than men, women are often left trying to survive on Medicare and Social Security. Under a Romney-Ryan plan, our survival becomes even more precarious.
Now, more than ever, it is time to support, volunteer, and/or write a check to the Obama-Biden campaign. Support every Democratic candidate too. We cannot vote a Romney-Ryan oligarchy into get power.
