Would they really take it away?

President Obama said that we need an up or down vote on the health care reform bill. The only people against the bill seem to be Republicans who are getting big money from lobbyists and their extreme right wing tea bag buddies.

Let us imagine that the health care reform bill passes and more American people are able to see a doctor, and get the medical care that they've postponed for far too long. However, Sen. Mitch McConnell said that the Republican Party will run on the issue of repealing health care reform if it is passed. Talk about ruining your life!!!!! You've waited all your life to see a doctor, and the Republicans want to stop that from ever happening again????

I feel sorry for the people in Kentucky because they have two fools as their U.S. Senators. The unemployment rate in Kentucky is 10.7% . McConnell and Bunning don't care about the unemployed and the uninsured.

Here is information from FamiliesUSA.org:

Nearly one out of three people (32.0 percent) in
Kentucky under the age of 65 went without
health insurance for all or part of the two-year
period 2007-2008....

Of the nearly 1.2 million uninsured Kentuckians,
nearly three-quarters (72.8 percent) went without
health coverage for six months or longer during
this period.....

It appears that both McConnell and Bunning do not care about the real people of Kentucky. How can both of these men try to stop legislation that would help their constituents? Shame on Bunning and McConnell for opposing bills that would help the citizens of Kentucky. Shame. Shame. Shame.
