Pryce, Shaw, and Johnson

Republican Rep. Deborah Pryce (OH-15) is listed among a group of Republican House members who are in trouble for the coming November election. Here is an excerpt from the Morning Sentinel:

...Senior Republican legislators -- including Clay Shaw in Florida, Nancy Johnson in Connecticut, and Deborah Pryce, the fourth ranking Republican in the House, in Ohio -- are in trouble, according to local polls. In Indiana, a state that President Bush carried by more than 20 points two short years ago, three Republican Congressmen face difficult challenges....

How does Pryce feel about our country's invasion of Iraq? Is she for a discussion of the pros and cons of staying in Iraq? Does Pryce want to inquire about the intelligence leading to the war? Is Pryce interested in questioning Halliburton, KBR and other war profiteers about their exorbitant, no-bid contracts in Iraq? Does Pryce care about the overcharges made by Halliburton and KBR for services never delivered to our troops? Pryce has one response when it comes to Iraq-----"Stay the course."

Pryce, this administration, and the Republicans continue to say, "Stay the course." What is the course? What plans to they have for withdrawal or do they expect our country to remain in Iraq forever? Why did they change focus from Osama and Afghanistan to invade Iraq? If the Iraq war was based on lies, why do our troops continue to be there?

As Americans, we must demand answers from our elected officials.
