If you live in Ohio, you are familiar with Taft's ethics problems, Bob Ney's ties to Jack Abramoff, Tom Noe's coingate scandal involving the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Republican party, Joy Padgett's bankruptcy, Deborah Pryce's fundraising at Abramoff's Signatures restaurant, Pryce's vote to cut funding for Veterans' benefits, John Boehner's ties to big tobacco, Pryce's ties to big oil, Jean Schmidt's attacks on Marines, etc., etc.
Now the Republican scandal list is increasing. Besides Duke Cunningham, and Tom DeLay, a new name can be added to the Republican scandal list-----Republican Rep. Mark Foley of Florida. Americablog has some of the text from the e-mails and IMs (Instant Messages) that Foley sent to the kid. I must warn you that Foley's message are disgusting.
And....it appears that several Republican members of Congress KNEW about Foley's activities. This is just sick! Americablog has the information and names those involved in the coverup.
