I just got a call from a reliable source, checking up on a rumor that Deborah Pryce is set to announce her retirement soon. This would be a shocker, but not altogether off the map. Afterall, Hastert, Rove, LaHood, Hobson and others are jumping off the sinking ship that is the GOP right now. I'll be following this rumor as it develops. Anyone else here anything about this?
Wow. That would be a surprise. It is possible it is a test balloon to see what people are saying? Those of us in the district know that Pryce has missed many votes. She may just be too tired.
