Do you really believe in America?

Republicans want you to believe that the country would be better off with their party in power.  Seriously.  The "Party of NO!" wants to gain control of the House and the Senate so that they can block, obstruct, delay, defund, dismantle, and shut down the government.  Have we as Americans come this far so that we can turn over the government to a political group made up of old, white guys, with country club memberships?  Do you really want your Congress controlled by Grouchy Old People who care more about their own investments than investing in the future of this country?

What have the Republicans offered us? The Republicans want to return to the days of President George W. Bush's economic policies.  The same policies that allowed Wall Street and bankers to create the mess we continue to experience today. When asked to present their own health plan, the Republicans came up with absolutely nothing.  When they were asked to present a plan to get people back to work, the Republicans could only repeat their lame economic idea of "trickle down" economics, which has been and will continue to be a failure.

When President Obama walked into the Oval Office, he was left a complete economic disaster in our country, two wars, threats of terrorism, failing banks, a loss of 800,000 jobs, overwhelming debt, TARP, a crumbling infrastructure, an unfunded No Child Left Behind Act, an inefficient Veterans Administration, and other problems too numerous to mention.
Do you really want to return to those days?  Do you really want to allow Wall Street and bankers to dismiss regulations because the Republicans in the House and the Senate won't stop them?

The Republicans have and will continue to offer us nothing.  They couldn't come up with a new idea if their lives depended upon it! They want to continue to reward oil and gas companies, their contributors, banks, and lobbyists. Regular people like you and me will be forgotten.

It comes down to this.  Do you want this man to control the House of Representatives?

Boehner's Democratic opponent, Justin Coussoule's campaign described him best:

The Republicans and their candidates hope that you have amnesia and have forgotten the misery and disasters of the Bush administration.  Don't vote Republican. We cannot allow ourselves to move back to the days of failure. Right now Republicans continue to stop judges from approval in the Senate, laws from being moved forward, and funding for important job creation.  The GOP and their bitter leaders will not make the kind of progress that we need.

If you really believe in America, you'll vote for hope and your Democratic candidates.
