Pelosi and the Clintons

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was in Columbus to support the candidacy of the Democratic candidate for Ohio's 15th district, Mary Jo Kilroy.
Ohio.com:
...A group of Ohio women told Pelosi about the challenges they faced in the global economy, as well as their struggles to get affordable health care for themselves and their families.

Pelosi told them Kilroy would fight for priorities such as expanding children's health care and stem cell research and improving college affordability. She said Kilroy's election was crucial because the concerns of the district mirror the concerns of the nation.

"When Mary Jo speaks for this district, she speaks for the concerns of most of the people in America," Pelosi said. "There's no place in America that does not share the concerns that we've heard around this table today."
