The election isn't even over and already DC lobbyists are excited about the possibility of one of their own joining them. According to Roll Call, some DC lobbyists are coming to Ohio to help Republican candidate for Congress, Steve Stivers, a former bank lobbyist:
......Republican lobbyist Sam Geduldig of Clark Lytle & Geduldig will camp out in Columbus, Ohio, doing all he can for his party’s White House nominee, Sen. John McCain (Ariz.), and for Congressional candidate Steve Stivers, who is vying to hold the 15th district for the GOP now that Republican Rep. Deborah Pryce is retiring.....
Geduldig, a financial services lobbyist, is trying to bring Stivers into the club.
The only thing stopping Stivers from hanging out with lobbyists in DC is your vote. Stop Stivers from joining them. Vote for Democrat Mary Jo Kilroy.
