Is there change in the air?

Americans have had enough of the Republican corruptions and scandals. It appears that our unhappiness with the Republicans is showing up in polls. This was published in the Seattle Times:
In Pennsylvania, Sen. Rick Santorum has been running behind his challenger for months. In Montana, Sen. Conrad Burns, linked to the Jack Abramoff scandal, is on the defensive. In Ohio, Sen. Mike DeWine is struggling to overcome a toxic environment of in-state scandals that has tarnished his party. ....

In Ohio, Republican Rep. Bob Ney has been informed by federal investigators that he may be indicted in the Abramoff case. Ney is trailing two little-known Democratic opponents in internal GOP surveys.....

THIS JUST IN: The Colbert Report (Comedy Central) has just awarded Republican Rep. Boehner "The Big Brass Balls" Award for renting an apartment from a DC lobbyist, despite all the scandals surrounding the Republicans' lobbyist connections.
