In just a few short weeks, we will have a new President in the White House. After all the disasters of the last eight years, it will be nice to have someone bring a fresh approach to solving these problems. It seems as though an eternity has passed since election day and yet we still have weeks to go until the inauguration.
Newly elected Democrat Mary Jo Kilroy will be sworn in as a member of Congress representing Ohio's 15th district on January 6th. I know that many people in the 15th district will be cheering her on, even if it is from Ohio.
The year ahead will be tough. President-elect Obama will have many things left on his desk by the previous administration. He will need our support and our prayers.
