Wouldn't like to know something about our local public figures?
Mayor Coleman is very highly regarded by people in central Ohio, the state, and around the nation. Viewed as a hard-working, intelligent, approachable leader, he has done much to bring a positive spotlight to Columbus.
--However, on the other side, a Republican, Mr. Bill Todd, is doing whatever he can to get some attention. Unfortunately, at a recent campaign stop, (picture) Mr. Todd used school children as a backdrop for his speech. Did their parents approve of their use in promoting Todd's campaign???
--Have you ever met Republican, Amy Salerno? I had the displeasure of being behind her at an office while she yelled and screamed at a receptionist. I was shocked that she would speak to anyone in that nasty manner.
--According to the Congressional Quarterly, Republican Rep. Deborah Pryce (OH-15), voted against a pay raise. Her vote against the pay raise might be due to the criticism she received during the last election. Will she take the pay raise? She could donate the extra money to charity or she could use the money to help her get to those Monday sessions she keeps missing. No one is forcing her to take the money.
