>>>With 19 people indicted/convicted from the last Republican administration in Ohio, the last thing we need is a Republican governor. However, that isn't going to stop Republican Rob Portman from declaring his intention to run for Ohio governor. Cincinnati Fox 19:

White House budget director Rob Portman is resigning and will be replaced by former Iowa Rep. Jim Nussle, Bush administration officials said Tuesday.....

....A former congressman, Portman also made it clear he might seek a return to elective office, either by running for governor of Ohio or for the Senate....

Wow! Ohioans haven't even had a chance to recover from the last scandal-plagued state Republican administration. Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has been in office less than seven months, but the Ohio GOP is already suffering from losing their cash cow (known by some as the state government).
