Dayton Daily News:
State Senator Jon Husted (HYOO'-sted) has asked the Ohio Supreme Court to allow him to remain a registered voter in the Dayton suburb of Kettering.
The Republican filed his request with the highcourt Tuesday, a day after Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner ruled that Husted is not a legal resident of Kettering, which also is in the district he represents.
Husted says Brunner, a Democrat, has abused her discretion and jeopardized his ability to vote in Ohio and run for elected office. He says she failed to properly consider the evidence.....
What evidence is that????? It could be this that was posted at Progress Ohio on June 12th, 2009:
- The original utility records are available at: http://www.scribd.com/share/upload/12699020/1t38baajx1ytgxc3xf69.
- An annotated video of Husted seemingly caught in misstatements during his testimony before the Board of Elections is available online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O22V0Etbbm0.
By the way, Husted's house in Kettering (Montgomery Co. Auditor values at $124,000) is 71.3 miles away from his Upper Arlington house he shares with his family (Franklin Co. Auditor values at $402,000). I thought you'd like to know.
