These PACs (oil, banks, insurance, tobacco, coal, energy) are going to expect that their investment in Stivers will pay dividends if he is elected to Congress. Is that what we need----- a former bank lobbyist protecting the rights of oil companies, banks, tobacco, coal, and energy companies?
