Kilroy said Stivers improperly was claiming credit for an idea that actually had percolated through a panel of Franklin County leaders and volunteers -- a panel that Kilroy led. She said the panel handed off the concept to Stivers, nearly in finished form, to get it passed....
Shame on Stivers for trying to take credit for someone else's work. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
