Stivers, who had refused to be the GOP candidate, has decided to be the candidate for the 15th. (Is this his first flip flop?) Stivers would obviously not be the candidate for change since he follows the Republican party line to the letter. He'd be just the kind of guy John Boehner wants.
What did the Democratic candidate for Ohio's 15th district, Mary Jo Kilroy, have to say about this development? Dispatch:
....Kilroy said last night that she always expected to have an opponent and was "surprised it took as long as it did" for the GOP to find one.
"My heart is in this race, because the country is ready for change ...and I represent that change," Kilroy said. "I'm very confident about the outcome of this race."
If the people in the 15th want real change, they'll support Kilroy in her campaign and the ballot box.
