Money for Republicans????

*  Isn't it amazing????  The Governor of Ohio and his Republican members of the Ohio House and Senate made drastic reductions to the budget with cuts to nursing home care, schools, libraries, food banks, etc., but they manage to find enough money to give substantial raises to their faithful staff members. 

The News-Messenger has the details:

....Republican Senate President Tom Niehaus said he ordered a pay review in December after experienced staff members began leaving during the transition of administrations....

 If these GOP leaders had staff members leave, it probably had more to do with their working conditions and the people (Republicans) they had to work with than money. How could anyone in good conscience take money that was originally taken from programs for nursing home residents, school children, and the poor?  You can always count on Republicans to take care of their own.
